Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected things can happen. However, to ensure we can continue to provide timely service to all our customers, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy helps us manage our schedule and allocate our technicians' time effectively. 24-Hour Notice Requirement Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your HVAC repair appointment. This gives us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another customer who may be in need of service. Cancellation Fee Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or instances of a no-show (where our technician arrives but no one is available at the location), will incur a cancellation fee of $150. This fee covers a portion of our technician's time and travel expenses.
